Job description

This is a remote position.

We are seeking a Salesforce Automation Test Lead with 5 to 7 years of experience to join our dynamic Salesforce QA team in India. The successful candidate will lead automation and manual testing efforts for enterpriselevel Salesforce implementations, collaborating closely with developers, business analysts, and product owners. The role involves handson testing using Salesforce DX, Apex test classes, SOQL, and API testing tools. Familiarity with regression, integration, functional and performance testing is required, and experience with tools like Selenium or Playwright is a strong plus. The consultant must have excellent analytical and communication skills and be immediately available to join. The position offers a hybrid work model with potential onsite coordination in any Tier 1 Indian city.

Responsibilities

Lead and implement test plans for Salesforce application features
Translate business requirements into scalable test cases
Execute regression, integration, functional, and performance testing cycles
Perform Apex test class coverage and SOQL validation
Conduct API testing and support automation scripts development
Collaborate with crossfunctional Agile teams for quality releases
Ensure timely defect triaging, reporting, and resolution tracking

Requirements

5 to 7 years of experience in Salesforce testing
