Job Description:

We’re hiring a Lead Azure Cloud & Data Engineer to design and deploy secure cloud infrastructure and build data pipelines that power businesscritical workflows. This role involves endtoend ownership of data ingestion, transformation, and synchronization across job, financial, and operational systems.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deploy secure Azure infrastructure to support data integration, automation, and reporting workflows.

  • Build and maintain data pipelines to ingest, transform, and sync businesscritical data across job, financial, and operational systems.

  • Handle file upload and conversion processes for time logs, estimates, financial data, and customer records into integrationready formats.

  • Implement staging, validation, and transformation logic for structured data across multiple source systems.

  • Configure middlewaredriven sync queues and support bidirectional updates across platforms.

  • Collaborate with application developers and product owners to align infrastructure and data flows with business requirements.



    • Requirements

      • 12+ years of experience in cloud engineering and data infrastructure roles, with strong Azure expertise

      • Proven experience designing and managing Azure SQL, Blob Storage, Key Vault, App Services, and RBAC policies

      • Deep understanding of ETL pipelines using Azure Data Factory, Airflow, or equivalent tools

      • Strong Python scripting and SQL skills for transformation logic and validation

      • Familiarity with middleware tools and syncing strategies (readwrite syncs, delta updates, audit logs)

      • Must be experienced in Agile methodology and capable of leading or participating in sprintbased workflows using Jira
