Roles & Responsibilities

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably with a Master/MBA in Sales & Marketing management.
  • Minimum of 6 years experience in the medical device industry, focusing on medication delivery technologies.
  • Strong product knowledge and understanding of the healthcare value chain.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to work independently.

Requirements:

  • Manage and develop distributor relationships to grow sales and market presence.
  • Identify and develop new potential partners and distributors in the territory.
  • Provide market intelligence and explore new channels for product promotion and revenue growth.
  • Take sales responsibility for additional APAC markets in later stages.

Job description

This role will be responsible for providing field visit, clinical service and product promotional support for the existing distributors in the Vietnam, shehe should be with good understanding and commanding of distributors’ business situation meanwhile working with distributors to obtain more milestone accounts to achieve more sales, establishing SolM a solid brand in the Vietnam market, more important, heshe will be providing market intelligence to SolM product portfolio and explore, establish diverse channels for them, bringing in new revenues to achieve market targets, in the later stage, heshe will also take sales responsibility for more APAC markets.


Roles and Responsibilities

  1. Distributor management experience
      • Initiative to identify and develop potential new partners distributors in the territory
      • Relationship building to maintain a healthy working relationship with distributors, clients and other stakeholders to grow the business together
      • Commitment to maintain and productive and professional relationship with distributors
      • Persistence and Professionalism
        • CrossFunctional Leadership (if applicable)

          1. Team player with excellent communication skills to work as part of a global team in different locations.

            1. Qualifications

              1. University degree.
              2. MasterMBA or equivalent program with focus on Sales & Marketing management.
              3. At least 6 years of experience in medical device industry, especially in medication delivery technologies such as injection, infusion and other healthcare disposables.
                  • Product knowledge: present clearly the features and benefits of the technologies to potential customers and distributors
                  • Understanding of the value chain in healthcare industry

                  • Negotiation skills
                  • Selfstarter and selfmotivator capable to work independently. No issue with being handson and making things happen.
                    • Balanced strategic and tactical perspective on business:


                      Strategic

                      Market research with fundamental understanding of the healthcare markets, forces, dynamics, and drivers

                      Monitor competitive activity, market trends and evolution.

                      Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to grow the business and expand the company’s presence in the region.

                      Formulation of a shortterm business plan and also a strategic 5year plan

                      Tactical

                      Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets: lead generation, prospecting, and customer relationship management.

                      Basic understanding of principles of forecasting and sales tracking and monitoring

                      Knowledge about budgeting process and annual operations planning

                      Ethics and business integrity
