This role will be responsible for providing field visit, clinical service and product promotional support for the existing distributors in the Vietnam, shehe should be with good understanding and commanding of distributors’ business situation meanwhile working with distributors to obtain more milestone accounts to achieve more sales, establishing SolM a solid brand in the Vietnam market, more important, heshe will be providing market intelligence to SolM product portfolio and explore, establish diverse channels for them, bringing in new revenues to achieve market targets, in the later stage, heshe will also take sales responsibility for more APAC markets.

Balanced strategic and tactical perspective on business:
Strategic
Market research with fundamental understanding of the healthcare markets, forces, dynamics, and drivers
Monitor competitive activity, market trends and evolution.
Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to grow the business and expand the company’s presence in the region.
Formulation of a shortterm business plan and also a strategic 5year plan
Tactical
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets: lead generation, prospecting, and customer relationship management.
Basic understanding of principles of forecasting and sales tracking and monitoring
Knowledge about budgeting process and annual operations planning
Ethics and business integrity
