Sales Support Specialist – PERM Recruiting

We’re seeking a proactive, detailoriented Sales Support Specialist to join our PERM Recruiting team. PERM Recruiting focuses on placing candidates in fulltime, permanent roles within client organizations.

This role is ideal for someone with sourcing experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to handle multiple outreach and administrative tasks in a fastpaced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Submit candidates via client portals (~3% of role)
  • Source candidates and projects using LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Send outreach messages through email and ATS
  • Build client records using ZoomInfo (may include phone outreach)
  • Schedule meetings with prospective clients
    • Requirements:

      • 1–5 years in recruitingstaffing (Accounting & Finance PERM preferred)
      • Proficient with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, and ZoomInfo
      • Fluent in English; able to work remotely and independently
        • Preferred Skills:

          • Detailoriented and organized
          • Strong communication skills
          • Able to multitask and manage time
          • Comfortable with phoneemail outreach
          • Experience with CRM and scheduling
