What Were Looking For

We are seeking a Senior Community Manager to lead and scale Welltech’s global community engagement efforts. This is a highimpact role focused on managing user interactions across social channels (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok), scaling into emerging platforms like WhatsApp and Reddit, and codeveloping our onsite community experience.

As part of the Organic Growth department, you will collaborate closely with Brand, Social Media, Product, Customer Support, SEO, and Reputation teams to foster trust, improve sentiment, and create a scalable, engaging community environment.

✨ Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a scalable global Community Management strategy across social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok), and lead Welltech’s expansion into Reddit and WhatsApp communities.

  • Moderate and manage user interactions across comments, DMs, groups, and mentions using tools like BrandBastion to ensure timely, empathetic, and brandaligned responses.

  • Improve user sentiment and platform trust by cultivating respectful, supportive, and highquality community conversations.

  • Create, maintain, and optimize response libraries and toneofvoice guides, aligning with Brand, Legal, and Support teams to ensure compliance and consistency.

  • Oversee the growth and health of Facebook Groups, facilitating engaging discussions, managing content calendars, and supporting communitydriven initiatives.

  • Partner with highintent users and brand advocates to amplify UGC and community success stories, ensuring proper consent and high repurposing value.

  • Act as the internal voice of the community, surfacing insights, trends and user concerns to influence marketing, product, content and reputation strategies.

  • Colead the planning and rollout of Welltech’s onsite community hub, collaborating with Web, Product, and Brand teams on feature development and content.

  • Track and report on key community health KPIs including engagement rates, moderation efficiency, platform growth, sentiment shifts and feedback loop impact.

    ✨ The ideal profile:

  • 4+ years of experience in community management, social media engagement, or digital communications.

  • Handson experience with moderation and community tools (e.g., BrandBastion, Sprout Social, or similar).

  • Excellent written English communication skills with an eye for tone, empathy and usercentric storytelling.

  • Strong understanding of community dynamics, user sentiment and contentmoderation best practices.

  • Experience managing crossfunctional collaboration and working in fastpaced, agile teams.

  • Comfortable handling analytics dashboards, tracking KPIs and presenting actionable insights.

      1. Experience with launching and managing Reddit or WhatsApp communities.

      2. Familiarity with UGC, advocacy programs or brand storytelling through community content.

      3. Background in managing review intake and consent processes for usergenerated content.
