Job description

Our team is expanding! We are in need of a seasoned, selfdriven Senior AI Engineer to join us parttime. If you are an expert in taking ownership and solving complex problems with creativity and grit, you’ll fit right in.

What you’ll need:

5–10 years of engineering experience, including 3+ years in data engineering and 1+ year in AI;

Expertise building scalable data pipelines and platforms (Spark, S3, Databricks, Snowflake);

Proven experience designing and delivering AI systems, particularly RAG and memoryfocused architectures;

Familiarity with modern AI tools and techniques — foundation models, vector databases, prompt engineering, system evaluation;

Strong knowledge of data architecture patterns (medallion, STAR), incremental ingestion, and data quality assurance;

Demonstrated ability to lead projects endtoend and work independently;

Ownershipdriven mindset, eagerness to learn, adapt, and ship results quickly in a fastpaced environment.
