Role and Responsibilities:

As a Scrum Master, you will be responsible for implementing Agile methodologies to multiple teams and projects. You will facilitate daily scrum meetings, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. You will work with global and diversified teams to ensure project success. You will also mentor and coach colleagues to encourage personal development and continuous improvement.

Candidate Qualifications:

The ideal candidate for this role should have a PSM or SAFe certification and a demonstrated understanding of JIRA. You should have experience working as a practicing Scrum Master with indepth knowledge of Scrum and Agile methodologies. You should possess excellent time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines. Strong negotiation skills are also necessary for this position.

Required Skills:

• PSM or SAFe certified
• Demonstrated understanding and practical experience with JIRA
• Knowledge of well documented patterns and techniques for filling in the gaps left in the Scrum approach (example: Burndown techniques, Retrospective formats etc.)
• Experience as a practicing Scrum Master with indepth knowledge of Scrum and implementation of Agile Methodologies to multiple teams in projects & programs
• Experience working with global and diversified teams
