Job Title: Senior SAP SuccessFactors Data Migration Consultant

Location: Remote Project (Need to be in the USA)

Duration: 18 Months

Senior SAP SuccessFactors Data Migration Consultant within SAP’s Human Capital Management (HCM) domain, focusing on the seamless transfer of employee data from legacy systems to SAP SuccessFactors. This position is crucial for transitioning to cloud-based HR solutions, ensuring data integrity, compliance, and alignment with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Migration Strategy & Planning: Develop comprehensive plans for migrating HR data, including Employee Central, Payroll, and Organizational Management, from legacy systems to SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Data Mapping & Transformation: Utilize tools like SAP Data Services, LSMW, and Migration Cockpit to map, transform, and validate data, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
  • System Integration: Collaborate with technical teams to integrate SuccessFactors with other enterprise systems, facilitating smooth data flows and process automation.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with business stakeholders to understand HR processes, translating them into technical specifications and configurations.
  • Testing & Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough testing phases, including unit, integration, and user acceptance testing, to ensure data integrity and system functionality.
  • Training & Support: Provide training to end-users and offer post-implementation support to address any issues or improvement
