Job description

Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the technical development of the first version of our web application.
  • Design and implement the application architecture (frontend, backend, and database).
  • Integrate the Meta Marketing API to fetch and process ad performance data.
  • Develop a responsive dashboard with clear, data-driven visualisations.
  • Implement basic UI design (with professional designs to be integrated later).
  • Ensure code quality, performance optimisation, and security best practices.
  • Provide regular progress updates and live demos to the team.
  • Collaborate closely with non-technical stakeholders, translating business needs into technical solutions.
  • Incorporate user feedback to improve functionality and usability.


Requirements:

  • 5+ years in full-stack web development.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
  • Previous technical leadership or project ownership experience.
  • Expertise in React + Node.js stack.
  • Solid understanding of REST APIs and data handling.
  • Ability to self-manage and work independently in a remote setting.
  • Strong communication skills, especially when working with non-technical founders.
  • Adaptability and comfort with iterative development based on feedback.
  • Strong experience with React.js (frontend) and Node.js (backend).
  • Proven track record with API integrations (preferably marketing or analytics APIs).
  • Experience with dashboard creation and data visualisation libraries.
  • Understanding of UI/UX best practices and responsive design principles.
  • Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience integrating Meta Marketing API or other advertising/analytics APIs.
  • Prior work with startups or early-stage product development.
  • Understanding of the digital marketing industry and advertiser needs.
