Job description

The Senior SAP Presales Solution Architect will join a dynamic and collaborative team, playing a key role in supporting strategic sales initiatives. The role will be integrated into the company’s presales operations and will work closely with sales, delivery, and product teams to design and present tailored SAP solutions.

Role description:

• Lead presales efforts for SAP solutions, including S4HANA, ECC conversions, AMS, and digital transformation programs;

• Design tailored, bestfit SAP solutions (across Public Cloud, Private Cloud, and ECC environments) tailored to regional industry and regulatory contexts;

• Drive proposals, effort estimates, architecture diagrams, BoMs, and technical solution documents. Engage stakeholders in Sales, Transition & Transformation, Delivery contributing to the solution and proposal;

• Build ROI and TCO models for SAP Cloud migration strategies, including RISE with SAP and BTP use cases;

• Respond to RFPs and RFIs with competitive, tailored content and contribute to commercial strategies;

• Actively engage with clients through discovery workshops, executive briefings, and solution walkthroughs;

• Guide client stakeholders through decisionmaking with transparent analysis of options and tradeoffs;

• Collaborate closely with delivery teams to ensure a seamless transition from solutioning to execution;

• Build strategic relationships with SAP product teams, advisory organizations, European partner ecosystem, and key enterprise clients on as needed basis.

Qualifications:

• 12+ years of SAP consulting, presales, and solution architecture experience;

• Proven expertise in SAP S4HANA (Public and Private Cloud), SAP ECC, and BTP;

• Deep experience with SAP AMS models and service transitions;

• Handson process knowledge in Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or Finance;

• Strong understanding of SAP licensing, BoM structuring, and commercial models;

• Experience working on multicountry SAP rollouts across Europe;

• Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and executive presentation skills;

• Fluent in English; additional European languages (e.g., German, French, Spanish) a strong advantage but not necessary;

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business (Master’s preferred);

• SAP certifications (S4HANA, BTP, or Solution Architect Lean IX or Signavio) highly desirable.
