Were hiring a Freelance Senior Recruiter

We’ve got exciting work ahead and we’re looking for someone who’s great at connecting people — and doing it with purpose.

You’ll take the lead on fullcycle recruitment — from intake to offer. That means sourcing, screening, market mapping (when needed), keeping the ATS tidy, sharing feedback, and bringing insights to the table.
We also expect weekly checkins with KPIs — simple, useful and actionoriented.

This is a 100% remote, projectbased role. You’ll be part of a team that supports each other and genuinely enjoys working together.

What youll be doing:

• Manage fullcycle recruiting processes (intake, sourcing, screening, interviews, offer support)
• Use sourcing tools and your own network to find great people
• Keep the pipeline updated and transparent — always
• Share structured feedback with clients and the INHAUS team
• Bring ideas, ask questions, and help us all raise the bar

  You might be a great fit if:

  • You’re based in Poland
  • You speak native Polish and advanced English
  • You’ve run recruiting processes before and feel confident doing it endtoend
  • You know your way around an ATS (Teamtailor is a plus)
  • You’re organized, meet deadlines, and communicate clearly
  • You take initiative and care about doing meaningful work, not just following a checklist
  • You enjoy collaborating, sharing and learning with others
