Job purpose:

We are seeking a Senior Presentation Designer to deliver highimpact visuals, strategic storytelling, and advanced interactivity for toptier projects. This role is ideal for professionals experienced in designing presentations for keynote speeches, investor pitches, product launches, and highprofile events. The goal is to create memorable presentation experiences that engage audiences and deliver messages with clarity and sophistication.

  • 100% Remote – Temporary Contract with Potential for Extension
  • Open to candidates based in Mexico, Costa Rica, Colombia, Argentina, and Chile.
  • • Schedule: Availability required to operate within CST or EST time zones.
    • Job Type: FullTime Employment (this is not a freelance position)
    • Language Proficiency: Spanish: Native English – Advanced (C Level), with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

      Key Responsibilities:

      • Design and develop highimpact presentations tailored for executive audiences, product launches, and keynote events.
      • Interpret and translate complex content into compelling visual narratives.
      • Consult with clients and internal stakeholders to define presentation objectives and structure.
      • Plan and organize content flow to ensure persuasive storytelling aligned with brand guidelines.
      • Build interactive and mediarich slides incorporating animations, videos, sound, and transitions.
      • Collaborate with content strategists, marketing teams, and motion designers to deliver cohesive outputs.
      • Adapt presentations for multiple delivery formats (live, virtual, recorded).
      • Ensure consistent visual quality and maintain high standards of branding and aesthetics.
      • Review, refine, and iterate designs based on feedback with a solutionsoriented mindset.
      • Stay up to date with trends in presentation design, storytelling formats, and multimedia usage.

        Required Academic Background:

        • Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia Design, or related field.

        • 
          

          Required Skills and Experience:
          

          • Minimum 5 to 7 years of proven experience designing premiumlevel visual presentations for global brands, Clevel executives, or toptier creative agencies.
          • Fully customized, highend slide design.
          • Advanced proficiency with presentation tools: PowerPoint, Keynote, Google Slides.
          • Advanced proficiency with design tools: Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Figma.
          • Mastery of advanced animations and motion graphics, including:
            • Smooth and professional slide transitions.
            • Complex, sequenced object animations.
            • Use of masking, morph transitions, and 3D depth effects.
            • Graphic animations synchronized with narrative or audio.
            • Visual effects crafted using tools like Adobe After Effects or other motion software.
            • • Integration of interactive elements (clickable menus, branching slides, tooltips).
              • Visual storytelling and content flow consulting.
              • Multimedia integration (embedded videos, custom graphics, soundtracks).
              • Design optimized for both live and virtual delivery.
              • Collaborative work with content, product, and marketing teams.
              • Attention to detail and adherence to global quality standards.
              • Strategic mindset and consultative approach.
              • Active listening skills to decode complex briefs.
              • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
              • Proactive in proposing enhanced visual solutions beyond initial scope.
                
                

              • Nice to Have:

                • Specialized training in Motion Graphics, Visual Storytelling, or Interactive Media is a strong plus.
                  
                • Familiarity with UXUI design principles or digital storytelling platforms.
                • Basic knowledge of video editing or audio design tools.

                                     • This role requires a native Spanish speaker with intermediate to advanced English proficiency (both written and verbal).
