Job description

About us

group.one is a dynamic and innovative company at the forefront of technology and digital solutions. Our commitment to excellence and our passion for cuttingedge advancements make us a leader in the industry. Within group.one, we have Termly, a specialised service dedicated to providing comprehensive compliance solutions for businesses. Termly helps companies manage their legal obligations, privacy policies, and terms of service, ensuring they stay compliant with everevolving regulations.

Termly is a remote workforce spread across the globe but is primarily centred in the USA and operates during US business hours. We’re looking to expand our development team and are hiring for several new roles. We strive to follow agile principles using Kanban.

About the role

This is a focused, handson product role where you will create real impact by working closely with a highperforming team. You will have the opportunity to make decisions on products that get hundreds of millions of hits each month, and the support of a team aligned around getting great work out the door.

This role is ideal for someone who excels at getting things done, can navigate complexity with clarity, and enjoys spending real time with customers to build deep product intuition and solve interesting problems.

What youll do
  • Own prioritisation across Termly, helping the team stay focused on what matters most and keeping aligned with the company’s goals
      • Partner with engineering and design to clearly define problems, explore solutions, and communicate changes effectively across the organisation
          • Build strong customer empathy through regular calls, support shadowing, and finding new ways to create tight feedback loops
              • Serve as an internal expert on customer use cases, pain points, and the compliance landscape
                  • Collaborate with teams to bring new features to market, gather feedback, and keep everyone in the loop
                      • Take ownership of product metrics. Define what success looks like, set up the right tracking, and use data to guide decisions and iterate quickly
                          • Drive productled growth by delivering selfserve experiences that increase user adoption, conversion, and expansion across the customer journey
                              • Run lightweight experiments to find new ways to improve the user experience and business outcomes
                                  • Capture, synthesise, and act on feedback from sales, support, legal, and strategic partners
                                      • Support compliance partnerships (e.g., Google CMP Partnership) by tracking updates, attending events, and ensuring product alignment with evolving regulations
                                          • Help improve internal processes and team coordination
                                            • What we’re looking for
                                              • 5+ years of product management experience in a SaaS environment (B2B or B2SMB strongly preferred)
                                                  • Track record of shipping products in a collaborative, crossfunctional team
                                                      • Exceptional prioritisation skills; you keep the noise out and the momentum up
                                                          • Strong data fluency in modern web environments, you’re comfortable in Heap, Google Analytics, or plain old spreadsheets and can make evidencebased decisions quickly
                                                              • Excellent communicator with a knack for setting expectations and pitching a compelling vision
                                                                  • Curious and customerobsessed, you naturally want to understand how and why users behave the way they do
                                                                      • You enjoy helping to shape and evolve processes that keep a team aligned and moving forward.
