  • Experience configuring ServiceNow modules like ITSM, ITOM, HR, and ITBM.
  • Strong knowledge of ServiceNow best practices and 3rd party integrations.

Requirements:

  • Develop and customize ServiceNow solutions, including portals and CMDB.
  • Configure and implement ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HR, and ITBM.
  • Review team work to ensure adherence to best practices.
  • Collaborate on solution design, estimates, and proof of concepts.

Roles and responsibilities:

• Must Have (Top 3 skills) >> ServiceNow scripting, Service portal, CMDB
• More than 6 years of experience in ServiceNow development
• Experience in configuring ServiceNow modules like ITSMITOMHR ITBM
• Good hands on knowledge and experience of JavaScript HTML CSS AJAX Angular Jelly Script
• Proficient in Client Side and Server Side Scripting, Record Producers, Workflow, Reporting, Best Practices
• Good knowledge in Scripting
• Experience of working in Agile framework
• Develop solutions in ServiceNow, prepare estimates and work on capability presentation, Proof of Concept
• Strong technical knowledge of ServiceNow modules, 3rd party integrations
• Sound knowledge on Portal implementation or worked on Portal enhancements
• Review the work done by team members as per ServiceNow best practices
• Good Communication skills
