?The role of the SharePoint Business Analyst is to understand what acquired business does, and how it operates.
Examine existing business processes and map them to the appropriate NTT DATA business process where applicable.
Works with the Technical PM and Solution architect to capture technical and business requirements.
Performs postmigration validation and works with the business on postmigration issues to resolution.
? ResponsibilitiesGathering and documenting business requirements; understanding the client�s business needs, and traceability of Delivery outcomes to the Business requirements.
Good experience with SharePoint OOTB (meaning with no customization, just adding web parts, columns, views, 3rd party web parts or apps, etc.) in classic and modern SharePoint sites.Good experience with SharePoint �lowcode� solutions (i.e., SharePoint Designer, Master PagesPage Layouts, InfoPath)Sound understanding of when custom code is needed.Experienced Quality Assurance analyst with a focus on user experience.Experienced in technical documentation user guides email draftsAbility to offer solutions for migration projects schedules, including analyzing workload inventory, licensing provisioning, applications� migration, comparing reports, metadata mapping and import, custom sites� migration, and fixes, and further assist with configuration support in migration of Office 365 workloads and nonOffice 365 workloads to NTT DATA�s Office 365 tenant.Experience with migrations tools like Metalogix, Sharegate, BitTitanPrepare site owners for what to expect during the migration and identify pre and postmigration activities to be performed by site ownersCoordinate between stakeholders during the migration phases and help achieve project outcomes.
