Senior Java Developer

You have the option to work from one of our offices in Athens, Thessaloniki, or Crete, or work fully remotely.

What Youll Do:

• Designing, developing, testing, and supporting complex Java webbased applications;
• Refactoring existing applications to use cloud microservices technologies;
• Collaborating passionately with colleagues, participating in the team organization, and contributing to continuous improvement;
• Adhering to high professional standards and ensuring the delivery of highquality software solutions.

• Requirements

  MustHave Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or relevant field;
  • 3+ years of professional experience in the Software field;
  • Good knowledge of Java and Object Oriented design principles;
  • Knowledge of Spring andor Spring Boot frameworks;
  • Experience with Java build automation tools (Maven) and version control systems (Git);
  • Knowledge of Relational Database development (MySQL andor Oracle DB);
  • Excellent verbal and written English skills.

  • NicetoHave Qualifications:

    • Business process and rule management (jBPM and Drools);
    • XML, XSD and XSLT;
    • Containerization platforms (Docker andor Podman);
    • Container management and orchestration tool (Kubernetes);
    • Object Storage (AWS S3 andor MinIO);
    • Message brokers (Kafka);
    • Developing RESTful APIs;
    • Frontend development with Javascript andor Angular;
    • Software Testing methods (Unit andor Integration Testing);
    • Experience with working in an Agile environment;
    • Continuous Integration Continuous Delivery principles.
