XTM International, a global leader in localization technology, has acquired Transifex, an innovative SaaSbased Localization & Translation Management Platform. Transifex provides the required connectivity and advanced AI capabilities to help customers easily and continuously translate digital content on platforms such as SaaS, software, and websites, as well as mobile apps, games, videos, and much more.

XTM International is a leading provider of translation management software (TMS). The companys cloudbased platform helps businesses streamline their translation processes and improve efficiency.

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Fullstack Software Engineer to join our team (Java+React).

Scope of tasks

Design and provide programming software and parts of the software,
Create new and changing existing elements of the software such as its functionality and performance,
based on the analysis of mathematical models and programming algorithms, development of software in accordance with the tasks set.
Select the programming language for describing algorithms and data structures,
Determine the information to be processed by computer equipment, its volume, structure, layouts and schemes of input, processing, storage and output, methods of its control,
Unify and be responsible for the typification of computing processes,
Check the functionality and compliance of the software with its functional purpose,
Form the content of control examples for software testing,
Develop automatic software verification systems,
Prepare and debugging of the software,
Adjust the developed software based on the analysis of the output data of testing and debugging,
Start of operation of debugged programs and entering the source data determined by the conditions of the tasks set,
Software administration, maintenance and modernization,
Develop and execution of user, technical and operational documentation,
Preparation of a reports for managers on the work done and tasks completed (including a monthly list of creative works performed, i.e. works or parts thereof),
Performance of other instructions and tasks of the manager within the scope of the Contract.

Requirements

5+ years of commercial experience in Java programming with expertise in the Spring framework, including Spring Boot and Spring Cloud.
Strong understanding of Web Services (SOAPREST) and integration techniques.
Solid knowledge of SQL and practical experience with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL), including ORM technologies (Hibernate) and query languages (HQL).
Expertise in React and TypeScript
Experience with DevOps practices, including CICD pipelines, automated testing, and infrastructure as code (IaC).
Good knowledge of AWS services and best practices for cloud architecture, with handson experience in Kubernetes (k8s) for container orchestration.
Ability to produce clean, highquality code, ensuring scalability and maintainability.
Experience in designing and improving software architectures for performance, reliability, and maintainability in largescale distributed systems.
Excellent communication skills, capable of effectively collaborating with both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.

Ability to work UK business hours and participate in oncall rotation.
English skills sufficient to read technical documentation (min. B2)
Nice to have:

Proficiency in Python for data processing, scripting, and integration tasks.
Experience working with NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Cassandra).
Familiarity with WebSockets for realtime communication.
Familiarity with AngularJS, Redux Toolkit, Vite
Knowledge of AIML frameworks and integration of AI functionalities into production systems.
Exposure to monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK Stack for effective system observability.
