Peachy Labs LCC is a fully-remote, US-based company, specializes in web development and the optimization of various products. One of our key focus areas is high-converting e-commerce projects on Shopify, and we aim to be leaders in this niche. Since our founding in 2019, we have completed over 500 successful projects and built a team of more than 80 talented, like-minded individuals. But we're not stopping there—exciting new tasks and projects await us.

Currently, the Peachy team is searching for a Project Manager to join our team for planning, coordinating, and monitoring projects.

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years in project management (planning, monitoring, control, decision-making facilitation).
• Proven ability to influence and mentor team members.
• Experience in business process design (a strong technical background is a plus).
• Excellent negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
• Proven project management experience in tech/IT companies.
• Understanding of agile software development methodologies like Scrum or Kanban.
• Familiarity with task boards like Jira, Shortcut, Notion, etc.
• English proficiency—Upper intermediate or native level.

Responsibilities:

• Work with cross-functional teams to help deliver IT products and services.
• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to gather necessary information.
• Create, manage, and publish project plans and associated documentation.
• Manage project risk, scope, schedule, and resource alignment to ensure predictable product delivery.
• Track project health and anticipate and intercept cross-functional blockers.
• Coordinate the internal work of the design and development teams.
