The Senior Product Manager owns the bridge between solutions and the engineers building those solutions. This position requires creativity, robust analytical skill, and discipline. The best Product Owner communicates well, empathizes with users, knows diverse aspects of business, and has technical skills in the process of software development.
You are expected to:
Drive product vision and prioritize roadmap based on market opportunity to shape the future
Create Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) with clarity on objective and execution details on shortmediumlong term product goals for all stakeholders
Integrate usability studies, research, and market analysis into product requirement
Launch product improvements regularly, including improving the customer conversion funnel
Measure key metrics that inform the success of products
Monitor product implementation and ensure timely progress
Establish a shared vision with all stakeholders to align the overall roadmap based on the priority and effort needed
Handle multiple bigger teams in delivering product excellence
This position allows for direct assignment to projects within one of the Business Units of Sinarmas Multiartha
