Job Overview:
Red Nucleus is seeking a highly organized, strategic, and techsavvy Program Manager to join the
Innovation Office. The Program Manager plays a critical role in advancing Red Nucleus’ enterprise
innovation agenda, reporting directly to the Chief Innovation Officer (CIO). This individual will support
and operationalize AI and innovation initiatives across the organization by developing governance
frameworks, facilitating crossBU collaboration, and managing the execution and measurement of
highimpact AI programs. Working under the strategic direction of the CINO, the Program Manager will
ensure that AI and productized solutions are deployed responsibly, efficiently, and in alignment with
Red Nucleus’ innovation priorities.
Responsibilities:
• AI Governance & Process Development
o Collaborate with legal, compliance, IT, data science, and business stakeholders to align
governance with ethical AI principles, data privacy standards, and enterprise risk
posture.
o Under the direction of the Chief Innovation Officer, and in collaboration with Legal and
Compliance, lead the drafting and implementation of AI governance policies, standard
operating procedures (SOPs), and process frameworks to ensure responsible innovation
and risk mitigation.
• Program Management & Deployment
o Manage the endtoend deployment of licensable or productized AI solutions across
Red Nucleus, ensuring consistency, scalability, and operational fit.
o Track program timelines, deliverables, and milestones, working closely with functional
and BU leads to drive adoption and sustainability.

o Oversee pilot programs, proofofconcept initiatives, and the scaling of validated
solutions into enterprise workflows.
• CrossBU Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement
o Serve as the primary liaison across Business Units to facilitate coordination,
transparency, and shared learning on AI initiatives.
o Support and structure crossfunctional working groups under the direction of the CINO
to accelerate solution alignment and knowledge transfer.
o Collect and synthesize stakeholder feedback to refine governance processes and
enhance program outcomes.
• Evaluation & KPI Tracking
o Manage the AI evaluation scorecards used to assess AI solutions and vendors across key
criteria such as strategic fit, value proposition, ROI, scalability, compliance, efficiency,
and risk.
o Work in partnership with the CINO and in collaboration with the BU’s and Functional
areas to track programlevel KPIs that reflect innovation impact, solution effectiveness,
and operational ROI.
o Regularly report on progress, risks, and opportunities to the Chief Innovation Officer
and other executive stakeholders.
• Technology & Capability Research
o Conduct ongoing research and competitive scanning of AI tools and platforms aligned
to strategic capabilities across Red Nucleus.
o Recommend bestfit tools for consideration based on costeffectiveness, integration
potential, and workflow enablement.
o Partner with Finance, IT, and other stakeholders (as needed) to evaluate
implementation feasibility and licensing needs.
Education:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Technology, Innovation Management, or related
discipline.
Experience:
• 5–8 years of experience in program management, innovation management, or a related
field.
• Strong understanding of AI solution evaluation, deployment workflows, and governance
best practices.
• Experience managing crossfunctional programs in matrixed environments.
• Exceptional communication, stakeholder engagement, and documentation skills.
Skills & Abilities:
• A structured, detailoriented mindset combined with a passion for innovation.
• Proven ability to manage complex, crossfunctional programs with strategic and
operational impact.
• Comfort navigating ambiguity and creating clarity through frameworks, processes, and
collaboration.
• A collaborative, proactive approach and a desire to help scale innovation across an
enterprise.

small office supplies.
• Ability to maintain a safe and ergonomically appropriate home workspace in compliance
with company guidelines.
Work Environment:
• Duties are performed primarily in a home‑based office or office environment.
• The workspace should be free from excessive noise or distractions to support meetings and
productivity.
• Standard office equipment: Work is performed using typical office tools such as a
computer, phone, printer, and other peripherals.
• Prolonged screen exposure: Regular use of a computer and video conferencing platforms.
• Virtual collaboration: Frequent interaction with team members, clients, or stakeholders via
email, messaging platforms, and video conferencing.
• Standard Company work hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm EST.
• This role may require occasional travel for team meetings or company events
