We’re supporting a leading SaaS company in the search for a Senior Manager, Web Content Delivery to lead a large, globally distributed team responsible for delivering highvolume, timesensitive web content updates for enterprise clients.
In this senior leadership role, you’ll oversee a 50+ person team across multiple regions, ensuring operational excellence, SLA adherence, and seamless execution during highdemand periods. You’ll drive strategic initiatives including process automation, AI adoption, and leadership development for the next generation of managers.

Lead and inspire a global content operations team, ensuring balanced workloads and full shift coverage across time zones.
Oversee SLAdriven intake, triage, and publishing of timesensitive client content with a focus on accuracy and speed.
Anticipate and manage seasonal surges tied to critical business cycles and deadlines.
Implement QA processes, documentation standards, and governance to ensure consistent quality.
Drive operational efficiencies through automation, tooling, and process improvements.
Mentor and develop team leads and managers, building a highperformance leadership bench.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure smooth workflows and exceptional client experiences.
Monitor and report on KPIs including SLA compliance, turnaround times, and error rates.
8+ years in digital production, web operations, or content services, with at least 3+ years in a senior leadership role.
Experience managing large, geographically distributed teams in SLAbound environments.
Strong background in content management systems, publishing workflows, and QA methodologies.
Proven track record of leveraging automation and AI to improve operational performance.
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to thrive under tight deadlines.
Skilled at building highperforming, motivated teams and developing future leaders.
Strong crossfunctional collaboration skills.
