You will

• Own the development of product features endtoend including scoping, architecting, coding, testing, and rolling out features

• Work closely with other engineers and designers to ideate solutions to user problems

• Make improvements to developer productivity through process code improvements and mentorship

• Work on a distributed team

• You have

  • Experience building complex web products endtoend.

  • Expertise working on all parts of the stack (frontend, backend, anything in between).

  • Proficiency with Ruby on Rails and React (or similar Javascriptbased framework).

  • Strong written communication skills. We’re a documentationfirst culture.

  • Desire and ability to work autonomously and drive your work. Tremendous is not a great fit for people who default to waiting for instructions.
