The Mission

You’ll build customerfacing AI experiences that transform how Consumer Market Insights professionals and Brand Managers work. Our platform processes millions of market research documents and data points, powering intelligent workflows for the core work these teams do at global brands.

What You’ll Build

• AIPowered Workflows: Eliminate the tedious parts of insights work automatically synthesize information from dozens of sources, generate first drafts of analyses, and surface relevant findings buried in vast content libraries
• Workflow APIs: Services connecting research tools and enabling seamless data access for AIpowered deliverable creation

• What We Need

  • Backend Expertise: Strong experience with JVM languages (KotlinJava) and distributed systems. Frontend experience is a plus.
  • Cloud Native: AWS experience with containerization and infrastructure as code
  • Production AI: Experience shipping MLAI features to users, especially in contentheavy applications
  • Team Player: Strong communication skills with a curious, innovative mindset and proven ability to work effectively in crossfunctional teams with product and design

  • Tech Stack

    Kotlin, AWS, multimodel AI stack (LiteLLM, Agents SDK), Elasticsearch, ReactTypeScript frontend, CICD using CircleCI
