This role is ideal for individuals who love travel and have a passion for assisting customers, as you will be the first point of contact for Spanishspeaking passengers seeking help with their airline queries.


Responsibilities
  • Deliver outstanding customer service to Spanishspeaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist with flight information, reservations, cancellations, and amendments.
  • Address and resolve customer concerns and queries with efficiency and professionalism.
  • Stay informed about airline services, policies, and industry updates to provide accurate guidance.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Work in tandem with other teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Engage in continuous training to enhance knowledge of products and improve service delivery.
    • Requirements

      • Fluent in Spanish and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
      • Previous experience in customer service, preferably within the travel or airline sector.
      • Strong interpersonal skills with a knack for resolving issues.
      • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment while maintaining composure.
      • Knowledge of customer service software and basic MS Office applications.
      • Highly organized and detailoriented.
      • A genuine interest in travel and a desire to help customers have a positive experience.
