Patrique Mercier Recruitment FR is thrilled to seek a Spanish Speaking Tier 1 Support Agent to join our dynamic team. This position is perfect for individuals who excel in customer service and are eager to assist our Spanishspeaking clients. As a Tier 1 Support Agent, you will provide the first line of support, addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.


Responsibilities
  • Handle incoming customer inquiries from Spanishspeaking clients via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and care.
  • Troubleshoot basic technical problems and offer effective solutions or escalate as necessary.
  • Deliver accurate information about our products, services, and policies in a friendly manner.
  • Log all customer interactions and resolutions in the support management system promptly.
  • Assist customers in understanding product features and share tips to enrich their overall experience.
  • Collaborate with team members to continuously enhance service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on company offerings, industry developments, and service updates to provide informed support.
    • Requirements

      • Fluency in Spanish and English, with excellent communication skills both verbally and in writing.
      • Experience in customer service or similar support roles is advantageous.
      • Strong analytical and problemsolving competencies with a customercentric approach.
      • Ability to thrive in a highenergy, fastpaced environment.
      • Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is an asset.
      • Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently.
      • A positive attitude and a strong desire to assist customers.
