Patrique Mercier Recruitment FR is excited to announce an opening for a Spanish Speaking Remote Support Specialist. In this role, you will be the frontline support for Spanishspeaking clients, providing outstanding customer service and technical assistance. This is a remote position ideal for individuals who are proactive and enjoy solving problems for users.


Responsibilities
  • Provide highquality support to Spanishspeaking customers through various remote channels, including phone, email, and chat.
  • Identify, diagnose, and troubleshoot technical issues related to software, hardware, and applications.
  • Guide customers through stepbystep solutions and walk them through basic troubleshooting processes.
  • Keep detailed documentation of support cases and maintain accurate records in the support system.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to escalate and resolve more complicated technical issues.
  • Conduct followups with clients to ensure complete resolution of issues and achieve customer satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on new products, services, and industry trends to enhance customer support experience.
    • Requirements

      • Fluency in Spanish and English, with exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
      • Prior experience in customer support or technical support is highly desirable.
      • Strong troubleshooting abilities and a knack for problemsolving.
      • Customeroriented mindset with excellent interpersonal skills.
      • Familiarity with remote assistance tools and customer relationship management (CRM) software is beneficial.
      • Ability to work independently in a remote setup while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
