Role Overview

As a ServiceNow Developer at Scalepex, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions that align with our clients business objectives. You will collaborate with crossfunctional teams to deliver highquality, scalable, and maintainable solutions in a fully remote environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design & Development: Customize and configure ServiceNow applications and modules, including Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, and Service Catalog.
  • Integration: Develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and other systems using RESTSOAP APIs.
  • Workflow Automation: Create and manage workflows, business rules, UI policies, and client scripts to automate processes.
  • Testing & Deployment: Conduct unit testing and support system testing and deployment activities.
  • Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation for configurations, customizations, and processes.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical solutions.

      Qualifications
      • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of handson experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
      • Technical Skills:
        • Proficient in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and ServiceNows proprietary scripting languages.
        • Experience with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, and CMDB.
        • Familiarity with ServiceNow IntegrationHub and Flow Designer.
          • Certifications: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) is required; additional certifications are a plus.
          • Soft Skills:
            • Strong problemsolving and analytical skills.
            • Excellent communication skills in English.
            • Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
                • Preferred Qualifications
                  • Experience with AgileScrum methodologies.
                  • Familiarity with ITIL processes and best practices.
                  • Knowledge of ServiceNow Performance Analytics and Reporting.
                  • Experience in developing custom applications on the ServiceNow platform.
