Senior Counsel ( Remote in CA )

Senior Counsel - Full-time

Location: San Francisco, CA

Required Qualifications:

• 8+ years of employment litigation experience

• Significant experience in labor and employment law

• Experience and/or familiarity with class action defense and PAGA-related matters (not required but ideal)

• Excellent academic credentials

• Strong writing and analytical skills

• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Admitted to practice in California

Job Description

• Drafting and responding to discovery and initial pleadings

• Drafting and arguing motions

• Taking and defending depositions

• Possibly dealing with class action defense and PAGA-related matters
