About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and detailoriented Intern to support our sales BDA and outreach efforts. The successful candidate will focus on researching and validating leads, and setting qualified meetings for our Account Executives (AE’s).
This role also includes a component of Campaign Management and will oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of advertising campaigns and sponsorships on The Block’s platform. This role involves collaborating with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Design, and AdOps) and external stakeholders to deliver bestinclass client experiences while ensuring campaigns align with The Block’s brand standards and strategic goals.
The ideal candidate is detailoriented, datadriven, and passionate about digital advertising and the crypto industry.This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop skills in lead generation, data validation, and industry research within a fastgrowing blockchain industry.
This role has the potential to be converted into a full time position upon successful completion of the internship.
What You Will Do
BDA Key Responsibilities:
Conduct detailed research to identify and compile potential leads within the blockchain and crypto industry.
Validate lead data to ensure accuracy and relevance.
Prioritize and qualify leads based on established criteria.
Schedule and coordinate meetings for AERs with highpotential prospects.
Maintain and update lead databases with accurate and current information.
Assist in creating outreach strategies based on research insights. Collaborate closely with the sales team to improve lead quality and conversion.
Stay informed about industry trends and key market players.
Support managing the digital campaigns
Campaign Management Key Responsibilities
Campaign Planning and Execution: Develop and execute advertising campaigns and sponsorships, ensuring alignment with client objectives and The Block’s policies. Coordinate campaign timelines, deliverables, and goals.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Design, and AdOps teams to manage campaign logistics, creative assets, and client communications. Act as a liaison between The Block and advertisers to ensure seamless delivery.
