CSI Recruiting, founded in 2001, is a professional personnel search and recruiting firm dedicated exclusively to the oil & gas industry. CSI has a team of experienced recruiters both at its headquarters office in Denver, CO and in branch offices in Dallas / Fort Worth and Houston, all working to assist oil & gas firms throughout the U.S. with their technical hiring needs. Focus areas include petroleum engineers, geologist and geophysicists and landmen, in addition to leasing and accounting / finance personnel. An entrepreneurial mindset and enjoyment of a fast-paced, collaborative working environment are key.
Given the company’s encouragement of a tight-knit culture free of political dynamics, an ability to be creative will be just as important as technical capabilities, as will a schedule of primarily in-office work in Fort Worth, with some optional in office / work from home days.
