Job description

We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Talent Partnerto lead and manageour client’s recruitment processes.


What You Will Do:

Take ownership of active job openings by sourcing, identifying, interviewing, and assessing qualified candidates

Match the right talent to the right roles, ensuring a high-quality candidate experience and client satisfaction

Collaborate closely with Business Development Partners and Workforce Global’s management team to align recruitment efforts with client needs

Use the Workforce Global digital tools to track candidate and client interactions, ensuring timely updates and reporting

Represent Workforce Global with professionalism and integrity in all candidate and client communications

Requirements

We Are Looking for Someone Who:

Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a similar role
Strong ability to source, screen, and assess candidates across various platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, job boards, referrals)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-oriented mindset
Ability to work independently and manage multiple roles simultaneously
Familiarity with digital recruitment tools and digital systems

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in maintaining accurate records and reporting
A professional, proactive, and collaborative attitude with a commitment to delivering high standards
Fluent in German and English; additional languages are an advantage depending on the market focus
