Lead and contribute towards the development of a team of Junior Bookkeepers.
Perform quality checks, communicate expectations, plan, and appraise deliveries of Junior bookkeepers.
Report & produce necessary financial statements and supporting documents on a regular basis.
Prepare and finalize UAE VAT returns for the clients.
Liaison with external accountant & auditors.
Serving as the main point of contact for client calls among assigned clients and facilitate daily interaction through email, Teams, and phone communication channels.
Ensuring compliance with HR policies for all team members under supervision.
Drive the development of staffing plans, schedules, quality initiatives, process change initiatives etc.
Fulfilling supplementary responsibilities to promote efficiency within the Bookkeeping department and overall office operations.
Qualification, Skills, and Experience:
B. ComM. ComCA InterMBA (Accounts & Finance)
37 years of experience in Bookkeeping with working knowledge of QuickBooksXeroSAGE.
Strong proficiency in MSOffice applications Excel, Word, Outlook and cloud accounting applications like Zoho.
Ability to handle deliveries for multiple clients.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Good understanding of the processes required for KPO deliveries.
Must be keen on exploring improvements, optimizing processes, and motivating people.
Ability to followup with multiple stakeholders and get things done.
Detailoriented and able to work under tight deadlines.
