Job description

• Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume (primarysecondary) in assigned partner accounts.
• Identify and onboard new channel partners within assigned territory.
• Coordinate with the concerned team to meet partner performance objectives and expectations.
• Manage sales activities of partners to generate revenue.
• Manage sales pipeline, forecast monthly sales and identify new business opportunities
• Channel sales appointment & development.
• Product promotion & marketing activity. HeShe should ensure implementation & achievement of sales promotional schemes.
• Target mapping & assignment as per geographical potential.
• Address partner related issues, sales conflicts and pricing issues in a timely manner.
• Should be able to leverage on optimum utilization of team.

QUALIFICATION & EDUCATION:
• Should have relevant experience of 12 15 years.
• Should have experience of handling a team & leading it to get the desired results.
• Should have network handling experience & should be able to meet assigned targets.
• Should be from Automotive Batteries Spare Parts lubricants industry preferably.
• Should have relevant product knowledge.
• Have geographical knowledge of the territory.
• Good written and Verbal communication & team handling skills.
