Job description

We are looking for a Sr Talent Acquisition Manager for India’s top home fabric brand.

Job Profile:
Plan and implement company talent acquisition strategy.
ConsultCoordinate with HOD’s on role, descriptions, requisition creation, compensation and sourcing strategies.
Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting.
Continuously develop networkspartnerships to actively build databasepipeline of candidates.
Recruit and perform talent acquisition activities such as resume, phone screens, and candidate interviews, recommend final selection of applicants and close qualified candidates.
Strong negotiation skills and ability to interact with employees at all levels throughout the company.
Arrange preemployment testing, background & references Check.
Place and update all job postings in various sources including Social MediaStaffing partnersJob Portals
Represent the company at recruiting events (i.e., college job Placement), providing companyjob information and interviewing applicants.
Arranging for Preplacement talk and making the colleges aware about the company before the Placement process.
Communicate with managers and employees regularly to promote referral program and internal opportunities.
Roll Out offer lettersAppointment letters. & maintain applicant tracking system, recruiting reports and other staffing administration functions as needed.
Conduct new employee onboarding & Induction by ensuring that processes are followed and accurate.
Respond timely to internal and external applicant situations, and applicant requests as required.
Managing Employee Engagement.

Requirements:
Any Graduate Post Graduate with more than 10+yrs exp into Talent Acquisition.
Prefer someone from manufacturing background.
Excellent understanding of full cycle recruitment processes.
Selfstarter with excellent time management, multitasking and organizational skills.
Strong work ethic and sense of integrity, trustworthiness and ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
Creative in brainstorming and proposing new ideas and solutions to existing problems.
