You will be working with an Egyptbased grocery delivery startup, founded in 2017, rapidly grew from a local bakery service to a fullscale platform offering thousands of daily essentials delivered in under an hour. Backed by over $33M in funding, it operates across major Egyptian cities and is expanding regionally with a strong techdriven supply chain.

• Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and reusable automation frameworks for mobile (Appium) and API (RestAssured) testing
• Work closely with developers, product managers, and QA team members to define test strategies, acceptance criteria, and automation coverage
• Execute automated and manual tests, analyze test results, and report defects with clear documentation
• Integrate automated tests with CICD pipelines and contribute to shiftleft testing practices
• Mentor junior QA engineers and provide code reviews and best practice guidance
• Continuously improve test coverage, execution efficiency, and test reliability
• Maintain test data and environments to ensure consistent and repeatable testing
• Participate in Agile development processes including sprint planning, standups, and retrospectives

• Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in Quality Assurance or Test Automation
  • Strong proficiency in Appium for Android andor iOS automation
  • Solid experience in RestAssured for automated API testing
  • Proficient in programming with Java or Python
  • Handson experience with tools like TestNGJUnit, MavenGradle, Git, Jenkins, etc.
  • Deep understanding of mobile app architectures and RESTful API design
  • Experience with CICD pipelines and integrating test automation into them
  • Excellent debugging, problemsolving, and analytical skills
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities
