Job description

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are seeking an Application Engineer who is a goal driven, team player that believes the whole is greater than the sum of its parts. You are an integral part of the software team and interact daily with Sales, Product Management, Technical Support, and Marketing. As a member of the Applications Engineering team, you will assist in presales and postsales activities by working closely with colleagues, resellers and customers. Being in the field, you will act as a knowledgeable resource for resellers and customers who have questions or productrelated issues as well as keep a pulse on market trends and new opportunities.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Perform software demonstrations and benchmarks for customers & resellers

      • Develop and maintain relationships with scanner manufacturers

          • Provide training on Geomagic products to our resellers

              • Participate in company events for lead generation and brand awareness

                  • Willingness to contribute to the EMEA team overall success

                      • Assist in building stronger software products by sharing feedback from the market

                          • Attend regular Geomagic software certification training in EMEA

                              • Update activities into CRM as required

                                  • Perform special projects as requested

                                      • Create and provide presentations

                                          • 2550% travel
