Qualifications:

4+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Revops, or technical customer experience roles., Proficiency with Clay platform, including Waterfalls, APIs, CRM integrations, and Claygent., Strong ability to systematize solutions through templating, automation, and scaling., Excellent communication skills for engaging with enterprise customers and internal teams..

Key responsibilities:

  • Own and deliver high-quality POCs that impact enterprise sales cycles.
  • Partner closely with GTM Engineers to provide technical solutions for sales opportunities.
  • Help customers leverage Clay's features to solve their biggest challenges.
  • Gather feedback from customers to inform product improvements.
