We are looking for a Solutions Engineer to onboard our customers and partners to use BioCatch solutions. This role is suitable for unique people who have both solid handson technical experience and great customerfacing skills.

In this role, you will be leading implementations and other technical projects, enabling BioCatch antifraud solutions for web and mobile applications. The majority of our customers are financial institutions like banks and credit unions but not only. Youll be working with Executives, Project Managers, and Developers.

At BioCatch, youll be part of the Solutions division, which provides all operational and technical services to our customers worldwide. This requires a superb cando attitude, solid project management skills, and a strong frontendfullstack technical background to overcome integration challenges with our customers webmobile applications.

As part of the Solutions Engineering team, youll be also contributing to our documentation, leading workshops, and helping to improve our processes and practices.


Requirements

Technical Experience:

  • Integration Skills: 3+ years of experience in integrating cloud solutions, especially in a webmobile context. This could include experience with APIs, SDKs, and thirdparty integrations.
  • FrontendFullstack Development: Proven experience in frontend or fullstack development of web or mobile applications. Familiarity with popular programming languages and frameworks (e.g., JavaScript, React, Angular, Node.js, React Native, Cordova, Swift, Kotlin, Flutter, Ionic, etc.) is essential.
  • Familiarity with SQL and data & analytics platforms and tools, such as Snowflake, BigQuery, Databricks, and the like.

    • CustomerFacing Skills:

      • Experience working with customers: Demonstrated ability to onboard and support worldclass customers, particularly in the financial sector (banks, credit unions, etc.).
      • Excellent Communication: Ability to communicate effectively with a variety of stakeholders, including Executives, Project Managers, and Developers. This includes both written and verbal communication, presentation skills etc.
      • CanDo Attitude: A proactive and positive approach to problemsolving and overcoming challenges.

        • Project Management:

          • Project Leadership: Experience in leading technical projects, including implementations and integrations, from start to finish.
          • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills, with a proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously.

            • Misc:

              • Documentation and Training: Experience in creating technical documentation and conducting workshops or training sessions.
              • Educational Background: A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
              • Availability to travel internationally: up to 5% (ondemand).
              • Fluent English and Portuguese a must; Spanish proficiency a significant advantage.
              • Location: Brazil, preferably Brasilia (remote).
