About the Role

We’re looking for a skilled and proactive Social Media & Influencer Marketing Analyst to join our Brand team in Brazil for Open English and Open English Junior. This role is perfect for someone who lives and breathes digital trends, knows how to drive engagement and performance through compelling content, and has solid experience managing influencer campaigns endtoend. Prior experience working with clients or companies in Education, Language Learning, or the Services sector will be highly valued.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage endtoend influencer marketing campaigns, including:
    • a) Influencer research and curation

      b) Negotiation of contracts and fees

      c) Coordination and approval of content

      d) Reporting and analysis of campaign results

      • Analyze performance metrics for both influencer campaigns and organic social media content, generating actionable insights to improve results.
      • Monitor social media trends and proactively create content that resonates with emerging topics and viral conversations.
      • Track brand mentions across social media and digital platforms to anticipate potential reputation risks and support crisis prevention efforts.
      • Research and analyze podcasts to identify potential partnerships and relevant content opportunities. (Desirable)
      • Create engaging social media content focused on performance, brand awareness, and audience engagement.
      • Develop and maintain content calendars across social media channels.
      • Conduct research to inform content creation and ensure relevance and originality.
      • Brief and collaborate with designers and team assistants to ensure highquality content production.

        • Requirements


          • Fluent in English and Portuguese.
          • Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in Planning and executing influencer marketing campaigns & Managing organic social media content
            and performance analysis.
          • Previous experience working with clients or brands in Education, Language Learning, or the Services sector is required.
          • Strong knowledge of social media platforms such as Sprinkler and digital trends.
          • Datadriven mindset with experience in social media analytics and reporting tools.
          • Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
          • Ability to work collaboratively with creative, marketing, and analytics teams.
          • Experience analyzing podcasts is a plus.

            • Although the position is 100% remote, the analyst must be based in São Paulo capital for inperson meetings when required.
