Team Description:

The Solutions Engineering team is looking for handson engineers to help partners and internal teams design, build, and scale on the Sui blockchain. This team plays a critical role in enabling adoption by supporting integration with the Sui framework, designing and implementing smart contracts in the Move language, and building fullstack applications that serve as developer tools, internal products, or externalfacing demos and PoCs. If you enjoy solving realworld problems with clean code and collaborating across engineering, product, and community teams, this is a unique opportunity to work at the core of a fastmoving Web3 ecosystem.

Role Description:

As a part of the Solutions Engineering team, you’ll play a key role in expanding the adoption of Sui & Move technologies among developers and partner companies all over the world.

You’ll design and develop Smart Contracts, create innovative Solutions and empower other software engineers by building tools, creating technical resources, and showcasing the innovative capabilities of the Sui ecosystem.

This role requires a proactive, developerfocused mindset, strong communication skills, and enthusiasm for helping others learn and build on cuttingedge blockchain technologies.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain fullstack applications using Next.js, React, TypeScript, and Node.js with SQL and KeyValue storage technologies for data management.

• Design and implement smart contracts using the Move programming language to support realworld use cases and learning scenarios

• Create highquality technical demos, internal tools, and reference applications that illustrate how to build on Sui and interact with the Move programming language

• Collaborate with developer educators to support workshops, live coding sessions, and educational content
  Provide technical guidance to developers integrating Sui into their own applications

• Required Qualifications:

  • Solid experience with JavaScriptTypeScript and React for frontend development

  • Strong understanding of Next.js and Node.js for backend logic, APIs, and serverside rendering

  • Experience with SQL databases and Redis in a realworld, production setting

  • Familiarity with Tailwind CSS for building clean, responsive UIs

  • Ability to debug, profile, and optimize fullstack applications

  • Strong communication skills and a friendly, collaborative mindset

  • Approachable, open to feedback, and enjoy working closely with others to solve problems and share knowledge.

  • Professional fluency in Vietnamese (spoken and written) is required for this role.

  • Preferred Qualifications:

    • Prior exposure to blockchain, Web3, or smart contract development

    • Technical Teaching or Education Experience
      Demonstrated ability to teach or mentor developers through courses, bootcamps, workshops, or community engagement.

    • Comfort leading workshops, writing technical guides, or presenting to developer audiences
