We invite a technically advanced and motivated Senior System Analyst with extensive experience in designing and improving processes and technical solutions to join our team. You will help us build and maintain highquality software serving the needs of a top multinational chain of coffeehouses with over 38,000 stores in 80 countries. You will work together with multiple teams on various cloud components that support daytoday store operations.

      • 5+ years of relevant experience as a System Analyst role
      • Strong technical background with handson production monitoring experience
      • Ability to read and understand programming languages (.NET, C#, JavaScript, Python), SQL
      • Experience with SaaS (Software as a Service) or Cloud software architecture
      • Understand APIfirst approach to building products
      • Experience analyzing, monitoring, and supporting complex production environments using tools like Splunk and PagerDuty
      • Ability to interpret dashboard metrics to support datainformed decisions
      • Demonstrated ability to work with design and engineering to deliver customer facing features
      • Excellent soft skills, stakeholder management, crossteam collaboration skills and proactive approach to getting things done
      • Hands on experience in developing roadmaps, managing priorities, writing user stories, refining product backlogs, and coordinatingprioritizing conflicting requirements in a fastpaced, changing environment with variety of stakeholders
      • Strong prioritization and backlog management skills with experience using Agile tools (Jira, Confluence)
      • UpperIntermediate English level
        • Desirable:

          • Exposure to largescale restaurant or retail tech systems
          • Background in engineering or software development
          • Experience working in international, multicultural environments

              In this role, you’ll contribute to production support efforts, guide system configuration and testing, and collaborate across teams to deliver effective, reliable solutions.

              • Gather, analyze, and document requirements; support user story creation and backlog prioritization
              • Apply LEAN techniques to optimize business process design
              • Collaborate with engineering and SRE teams to guide system configuration, environment updates, and deployments
              • Support data conversion by extracting, loading, and validating data
              • Develop and review test plans, coordinate test environments, and validate results
              • Assist in 247 critical system support through incident analysis and resolution
              • Coordinate issue resolution with vendors and teams, ensuring clear communication
              • Create and maintain system documentation and facilitate training
              • Write and review adhoc queries for data analysis and reporting
              • Support roadmap development and backlog management in collaboration with stakeholders and engineering teams
