Job description

We are seeking a creative, analytical, and resultsdriven Social Media Manager with proven experience in eCommerce to lead our brand’s presence across social platforms. This role requires someone who understands the full customer journey online, is fluent in performance marketing strategies, and can create compelling content that drives engagement, traffic, and conversions.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience managing social media for an eCommerce brand or digital agency.
  • Strong understanding of social commerce, platform algorithms, and the customer buying journey.
  • Proficiency with tools such as Meta Business Suite (or other eCommerce platforms), Google Analytics, and content creationediting software (e.g. Canva, Adobe Suite).
  • Handson experience managing paid social campaigns (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.).
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical mindset with a passion for datadriven decisions.
  • Creative thinker who thrives in a fastpaced, detailoriented environment.
    • Key Responsibilities:
      • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness, engagement, and sales across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, X (Twitter), and LinkedIn.
      • Create, curate, and manage highquality, onbrand content (images, videos, stories, product tags, etc.) tailored to each platform and customer segment.
      • Collaborate with the team to align social content with promotions, product launches, and seasonal campaigns.
      • Manage and optimize paid social campaigns to drive traffic and ROAS, working closely with performance marketing teams.
      • Monitor, analyze, and report on performance metrics (e.g. engagement, follower growth, conversion rates, revenue from social channels).
      • Engage with followers and online communities to build brand loyalty and handle inquiries or feedback in a timely, brandconsistent manner.
      • Identify and manage relationships with influencers, brand ambassadors, and content creators relevant to the eCommerce space.
      • Stay updated on social media trends, tools, best practices, and competitor activity in the eCommerce landscape.
