Job description

Must have:
Minimum of 57 years of experience working with ServiceNow, specifically with ServiceNow APIs.
Proven experience in developing and implementing custom integrations and applications within the ServiceNow platform.
Strong knowledge of JavaScript and GlideScript.
ServiceNow certifications, such as the ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD), are a plus.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and implement custom integrations using ServiceNow APIs
Develop custom applications and workflows leveraging the ServiceNow platform.
Develop and implement automated processes using ServiceNows scripting languages (JavaScript, GlideScript, etc.).
Optimize existing scripts and workflows to improve performance and reliability.
Evaluate and train foundational LLM models for ServiceNow scripting languages and improve copilot performance.
