5+ years of proven experience in appointment setting, lead generation, or a related role. Preference for experience relating to B2B sales, franchising, or the construction industry. Familiarity with researching and contacting industry-specific prospects, ideally within the building or construction sectors. Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and build rapport with Australian Builders. Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail. Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools. Self-motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.

Core responsibilities:

Conduct thorough research on Australian Builders to identify potential franchisee prospects. Utilize industry databases, public records, and digital platforms to build targeted prospect lists. Initiate outbound contact via cold calls, emails, and social media messaging to introduce the franchise opportunity. Schedule and confirm meetings between interested Australian Builders and Sales Representatives, coordinating calendars effectively. Engage prospects to gauge interest, qualify leads, and book appointments. Maintain consistent follow-up communications to address inquiries and overcome objections. Record interactions and track prospect progress in the CRM system, generating reports on performance.
