Outreach Experience: 2.5-5 years of experience in sales/social media lead generation, direct message campaigns, and outbound calling, preferably for medical, wellness, or local service-based businesses. Phone Sales Comfort: Confident, clear English speaking skills with a calm and professional phone demeanor; experience scheduling sales appointments preferred. DFW Market Familiarity (Preferred): Understanding of the local commercial environment and key industries operating in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. Group Engagement Fluency: Hands-on experience participating in and leveraging online communities to surface new leads and promote services ethically. Self-Motivated & Goal-Oriented: Demonstrated ability to independently manage outreach tasks, meet appointment-setting goals, and optimize strategies based on results. Team Player: Willingness to collaborate with the email-based teammate to avoid overlap and share prospecting insights that benefit the broader sales effort.

Core responsibilities:

Community-Focused Outreach: Join and actively participate in Facebook groups, Reddit threads, LinkedIn communities, and regional online spaces where Dallas/Fort Worth business owners congregate. Share value-driven posts, answer questions, and offer the company's solution organically. Direct Messaging & Social Prospecting: Proactively send personalized direct messages to business owners, HR leaders, and safety managers in key industries such as aviation, manufacturing, field service, logistics, and staffing firms that would benefit from on-site drug testing. Appointment Scheduling via Phone: Call and follow up with interested prospects. Secure phone-based appointments directly with the owner. Local Market Awareness: Keep tabs on trends and regulatory topics affecting Texas employers, and incorporate relevant issues (e.g., compliance with DOT standards, 24/7 availability) into outreach pitches. Two-Way Feedback Loop: Report learnings from outbound interactions and assist the team in tailoring cross-channel efforts. Share new prospecting avenues and local group leads. Reputation Building & Brand Representation: Act as a frontline representative of a trusted mobile drug testing provider. Maintain a professional, helpful tone that reflects the reliability and value of the on-site model.
