Job Description

About the role

This is full time position requires a high calibre individual with a strong track record of site management experience. We have been successful in securing works in SEQ, with projects between Gold Coast, Brisbane, Redland Bay, Logan and Beaudesert. This role will site based and report through to the Project Manager in our Brisbane office.

Ideally you will be a Site Manager with handson approach, a strong trade background and credibility gained from successfully completing building projects across various sectors and clients. An enthusiastic and driven individual, with high standards and willingness to learn will thrive working alongside a team of committed professionals.

About You

You will be a selfdriven individual who is adept at implementing programs, forecasting the workflow, proficient in coordinating trades, committed to conducting site inspections to ensure quality and safety outcomes, and possess high quality communication skills. You will align with our commitment to community, environmental and sustainable business practices.

• Site Management qualification
• Recent experience in a relevant Site Management role
• Relevant trade background and competencies
• QBCC licencing
• Excellent communication skills
• Willingness to lead and motivate team members
• Advanced technical and trade knowledge
• High attention to detail
• A person who is enthusiastic, selfmotivated and quality driven
• Be able to work collaboratively in a team environment
• High level of digital proficiency
• Commitment and understanding of the importance of time and financial goals
