Extensive experience in working on SharePoint platform
Experience on authoring tools like Adobe Technical Communication Suite, MS office, Madcap, DITA XML Editors
Understand DDLC, documentation styles and standards specific to the organization
Create highquality documents using contemporary writing, publishing, and image capturing tools
Working knowledge of version control systems, bug databases
Understand the UI elements such as the menu items, wizards, screens and use these during the documentation as required
Develop structured and highquality user documentation, standard operating procedures, and other technical documentation with minimal supervision
An excellent ability to edit written materials to form technically accurate and grammatically correct information
