Responsibilities
· Provide technical leadership to engineers in fastpaced environment
· Enforce design reviews, code reviews, continuous integration and testdriven development
· Drive technical excellence and implementation of best engineering practices
· Lead handson implementation work to keep current with technology trends inside and outside Yahoo
· Build and deliver high quality and highperformance features for our users on Android Mobile Apps
· Collaborating with user experience designers, product managers, and other engineers to deliver new features, enhancements, platform improvements and bug fixes
A Lot About You
· BS in Computer Science (or equivalent) with 8+ years experience
· Strong OO programming experience: Java, Kotlin, or similar
· Strong foundation in Computer Science, with strong competencies in data structures, algorithms, and software design
· Excellent technical knowledge of Android mobile application development with a solid understanding of the framework components and their life cycles.
Preferred Qualifications:
