Good understanding of IBM Sterling B2B Integrator and related applications like IBM Sterling Secure Proxy, IBM SEAS, IBM Control Center, IBM Transformation Extender & External Vendor applications like LightWell
Manage production support scenarios and issues to handle this application. Basic understanding of ServiceNOW tool to do incident management & major incident management.
Understanding of how an Application is hosted on a Server and knowledge of startstopmanage multi node applications on Linux Server
