Job Title: Smartsheet Administrator

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Smartsheet Administrator to optimize our project management processes. In this role, you will be the go-to expert for all things Smartsheet, ensuring our project teams have the tools and support they need to successfully deliver NetSuite implementations.

Responsibilities:

  • Smartsheet System Administration:
    • Develop and maintain Smartsheet templates for various project types (e.g., implementation, optimization, managed services, etc.)
    • Manage user access, permissions, and security within Smartsheet.
    • Build and maintain dashboards and reports to provide project insights to stakeholders.
    • Troubleshoot Smartsheet issues and provide support to end-users.
    • Stay current on Smartsheet updates, features, and best practices.
    • Establish and enforce Smartsheet governance and usage standards.
  • Project Management Support:
    • Collaborate with project managers to define project requirements and configure Smartsheet solutions.
    • Assist in the creation and maintenance of project plans, timelines, and resource allocations within Smartsheet.
    • Automate workflows and processes within Smartsheet to improve efficiency.
    • Train project teams on how to effectively use Smartsheet for project management.
  • Integration and Optimization:
    • Explore and implement integrations between Smartsheet and other tools used by the company (e.g., NetSuite, Slack, Microsoft Teams).
    • Continuously analyze and improve Smartsheet usage to maximize its value for the organization.

Qualifications:

  • Essential:
    • Proven experience as a Smartsheet Administrator, with a strong understanding of Smartsheet functionalities (e.g., sheets, reports, dashboards, automations, forms).
    • Experience in a project management environment, preferably within a consulting or professional services organization.
    • Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
    • Strong analytical and organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
    • Proficient with data shuttle setup and administration
    • Proficient with Bridge setup and administration for automation of integrations with other systems and processes within smartsheet
    • Proficient with blue print design and management
    • Proficient with Data Mesh, Control Center, Data Shuttle, Dynamic View, Pivot, WorkApps
  • Desirable:
    • Smartsheet Certifications:
      • Core Product Certification
      • System Administrator Certification
      • Project Management Certification
      • Control Center Lead Certification
      • Control Center Blueprint Builder Certification
    • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
    • Experience with NetSuite or other ERP systems.
    • Experience with data analysis and reporting tools.
Annual Salary: $45,000 to $78,000 
In accordance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the approximate annual base compensation range is listed above. The actual offer, reflecting the total compensation package and benefits, will be determined by a number of factors including the applicant's experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity among our team.
